hello! I'm kinda confused, i was read thread here about followers transfer between accounts where said it's possible to transfer with contacting Shirley, but i got answer on my ticket it's unable to do. what should i do?

You got your answer. Unable to do. Probably could at one time depending if you are transferring follows between independent accounts. But if its studio to independent, thats gonna get noped. Studio owns that previous account.

I don't think they transfer followers and haven't done for a long time. Instead, what is done is they just change your account name to the new one that you want.
