Hi, is there anyone can help me how to verify my address on paxum I already send my ID card and bank statement (Paper print) still they don't accept I don't have utility bill cause I only rent here

I guess rental contract is an option to verify too.

Our rental contract is on book only we dont have sign papers here

Never tried with paxum but an 'official' invoice to smt linked to your home is generally enough (and much better than your rental contract) to justify your address, like Electricity, Gaz, Internet...
