People using ios can't connect to specific model's room.

Hi all,

A model I frequent has been having an issue with some regulars not being able to connect to her room. It seems to be a black screen on her video and randomly it will play a bit of video for a second, then go back to the black screen.
The 3 people so far we have spoken to for it all use ios: iPhone 7, 11s, and then it's the same for all 3 on their iPads.

As soon as they switch to desktop/computer/laptop, it loads perfectly fine for them.

The only other thing I see they have in common is that they are from the US. But each one of them says it ONLY happens in her room, and no one else's.
I am truly at a loss at what to suggest because it seems so specific... that it only happens in her room.


Has anyone else experienced these issues with members or models, and found a solution?

I have seen a similar issue on CB (also iOS/mobile) but maybe not identical. Video will:
- Occasionally black out for short stretches. Sometimes it corrects itself after a short time. Sometimes it seems like I can “force” a correction by manipulating the room menu ... such as toggling between chat and PM, or dragging/resizing the video window. But that could just be coincidental timing.

- If a model returns from away mode or from a private show, sometimes I don’t get the live feed back without refreshing the page. A model will be talking to me, and it will be obvious that the video is back (also because chat room activity will make it clear people can see her), but I will still have the away message until I refresh the page.

I’ve observed those things multiple times, many different models.
