My username is Beergoggles23 and I have been a CB customer for years. I was banned on 11/11/25 with no reason given. I didn't violate any CB rules. I have sent multiple emails to CB support and only received the automated message:
"This is an automated response confirming we’ve received your email. A customer service specialist will be in touch soon. Emails are handled in the order received, so sending multiple messages on the same inquiry may delay our response." There isn't any support ticket number in the response.
This is extremely frustrating because I didn't do anything wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
