Poll as Tip Menu

Hi! I’m new to MFC and it seems like most models make a poll on their Share page for their tip menu? I did that but then members were saying they could only vote once and I can’t find an option anywhere to change that

If I remember correctly there's a button for members to click that says to 'vote again', it's down under the actual poll.
