Hi guys, lately I have gone more in depth into making money in Pornhub, but I still havent cracked how to balance the Free videos and the selling of videos in Modelhub. Ive noticed three different PH model styles:

- The ones that would put all of their videos for free (higher ad revenue).

- Others would upload their videos in both PH free and in PH Premium/Modelhub - just tried this but it only meant no videos sold on Modelhub, but more ad revenue from free videos.

- And then other models would just put a short trailer (1-2min) for free and the long videos on Modelhub - my theory is that this would translate into more videos sold on MH, but less model ranking as free videos are not long and engaging.

What have you found works the best to make the most money on PH?

I loaded videos onto Pornhub and then realized that after the fact that Pornhub is no longer paying models. So I cannot tell you what works best as I have not received payment nor have other models. Has anyone else heard about this how Pornhub has stopped paying their models?

They haven't stopped paying us, they've stopped accepting payment from members for paid videos, or for premium memberships/etc.

We're still getting paid ad revenue.

I recently signed up and my videos have been viewed 2000+ times but I think because I am new I do not get access to the said ad revenue. I am glad other models are receiving this though. Thanks for the update

I’m no expert on Pornhub at all, but as long as you’re a verified model on there you should be making ad revenue.

Granted, the ad revenue won’t be much unless you’re getting tons of views. I believe the payout is something like $0.60 per 1000 views.

Thank you . I am trying to decide if I should just take my Pornhub videos down or leave them because it’s such a big site it does bring people to my other paid content but it seems all the type of people are the type not interested in my premium / paid content. Does anyone feel that Pornhub is a good way to get noticed in the community positively? Do people get many messages on Pornhub they ignore endless amounts of sugar daddy scams just make me not want to have my content there. But if others find it’s a good link than I would love to know.

To put it in perspective, I have over 10m total views over my whole time on there, but I only have about $24 bucks earned on my 71 free vids this month.

If you post about your other sites on there, you can use it as advertising. I get a lot of onlyfans subscribers from that.

I think this depends a lot on how you run your business/brand.

I personally don’t want to have videos of myself on Pornhub and never saw much of a benefit to it. When they were still allowing unverified users to post our stolen content, I actually had someone l know irl tell me he found one of my videos on there, which really worried me. I’m honestly not sure if Pornhub has geoblock available on there.

Then, the site is geared towards guys who don’t want to pay for porn or if they are willing to pay, they want to pay the bare minimum and expect the world for it. I don’t respond to messages unless they have to do with custom videos and the short time I was on there I was flooded with dumb messages. I don’t want those guys going over to my paid sites and pestering me there without spending money. Plus, about 90% of my videos are over $20, which I know not a lot of guys who start off not paying for porn are going to want to pay (in fact, I’ve seen guys on certain forums/image boards bitching about my “high” prices while they are actively trying to get access to my content without paying).

I prefer quality members over sheer quantity, and that has worked for me. But, there’s a lot of models who make more money by having a huge quantity of members and for those models I’d think Pornhub could work well for them.

I really appreciate reading your story and insights. I mutually dislike the vast sea of messages I receive from Pornhub users with similar mentality you mentioned. I am I in the process of removing my most pornographic Twitter posts and I am considering removing a few of my longer Pornhub videos so that there is not very much free content out there of mine. Now that I am on streamate website I hope my users appreciate that what I offer isn’t really available for free. Or does this really matter? I know I need to work on my self advertising and appreciate the guidance

I watermark my Pornhub teasers with links to the full video elsewhere and get sales that way. I find it worth it for that alone.

They seriously ARE the worst! I have a hashtag I post to often on twitter called #PornhubWTFoftheDay where I post screenshots (username and all, fuck their privacy) of the shittiest PMs I get there.

I literally changed the title of some of my most viewed of all time videos with my onlyfans name.

I'm shameless when it comes to being blatant that I am ONLY at PH for my financial gain.
