Hi everyone! I did a quick search to see if this has been asked before and couldn't find it (but if it is in fact a duplicate question, I'm so sorry / please feel free to let me know!)
I've been on xHamster for quite awhile and joined StripChat recently - I just got verified on Pornhub, and I'm finishing up the model application. At the end, it asks if I want to opt in for content protection, which like, yes, obviously I'd love to -- but it also states: "I agree not to upload my content on other free websites."
It also says, "...and confirm my agreement to add my Content to the “Exclusive” category on Pornhub, for which I will receive a 5% bonus on ad revenues. I understand that the 5% bonus on ad revenues does not apply to paid videos. I also understand that I can request to have my Content removed from Pornhub at any time. I understand and agree that I cannot upload or make available the Content on any website or online platform on which content is made available for free or without a subscription payment."
I'm assuming some of you must have experience with this, so I'm wondering if this applies to ALL my content - like, am I expected by Pornhub to ONLY use Pornhub for sharing my content - or, does it apply to content that I might specifically make FOR Pornhub? (For example, if I make Video A and Video B, and Video A goes on Pornhub, I won't upload it anywhere else, but I WILL upload Video B to StripChat)
Does anyone have any insight on this? I'd love some guidance before I accidentally make a promise I can't keep.
