HI. I'm in the process of transitioning from a studio to an independent account and having issues with payment. My payment method (Paxum) was approved and I was told that things were ready but I still cannot transfer tokens to it or transfer tokens anywhere else. Can you please look into this? I've not been paid for two months due to issues between my former studio and CB so I need to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Account name is emily_Jhonsson.
