PVT gone from collection at Chatter

I went to check my pvt collection at Chatter to see if had done a PVT with a model - PVT is gone. I email support - they want to know model name - so I try to find - her page is gone - not sure if Chatter deleted or she did etc. She has a "new name" now and has started again. So now I am worried hahah - i have a collection - as models leave or if get banned etc - will I slowly lose my collection over the years or ? Has anyone ever lost a PVT like this? Maybe I am crazy and did not record the pvt but I am 99% sure I did - please tell me my pvt collection will be mine forever and ever =)

Chatter? is that short for Chaturbate?
I don't have many pvt recordings, but one of them is on StripChat and was with a now deleted model. The pvt recording is still there.

are you sure she had recordings enabled? (after reading the post again, you are not)
i have a few recordings of models who are now banned or deleted, all recorded prvts are still there.
if cb just randomly deletes prvts im going to be seriously pissed...those are several thousand dollars in value.
i pretty much created my own personal pornhub on chaturbate with exclusive content lol
