Are MFC Models able to see Premiums and Basics who are watching them using the PM window?

We can see premiums. Basics, I am unsure. I have never seen a basic user watching a broadcast from a PM window.
Yes, there is a section of our user list that tells us who is watching in a PM window. But I'm with @JigglesJane in that I'm unsure about Basics. For some reason I thought they could not use the PM feature.
Apparently, it seems even guests as well as basics can view through the PM window... just not send messages.

I recall having a basic using that feature back in 2011 when I started, haven't been on in a while to see it though.
