I disabled my account last week and requested it to be reactivated through customer support over the weekend. They requested proof of identity which I provided but the ticket seems to have stalled. How is the support times for such a request? The initial response, asking for proof of identity arrived within 24 hours of the support ticket being created but after providing the requested information, 2 days have passed. (I'm a user not a model, by the way, if that matters.)
