hello @punker barbie support I return the payments, but I do not know the reason why they rejected me, I spoke with my bank today and they told me that they did not have any problem in receiving international money orders, support asked me to change the payment method and make a daily payment but I can not delete my payment method and change it I do not have the option, and I do not have the daily payment option activated in my account please help id: studiovj I have a lot of money there and I do not have to pay my models I hope I help as soon as possible to get all my money thanks

I have been writing support for more than 16 days to give me a solution to my problems and they only give me answers without consistency, nobody gives me an answer, I have a totally clean account with more than 69 thousand dollars and no support person nobody gives me an answer. , I need the support money can you please help me I think my problem is just as important to the others thank you very much.

Support contacted me to change the payment method and to make a daily payment again, in my account I cannot change the payment method and the daily payment is deactivated, and I have sent emails to help me and support does not respond. Thank you

Our records show these payments we've sent to you was returned to us as undeliverable. The error we are showing from your bank is Returned showing "INTERNAL POLICY". Since this payment failed, we’ve added these funds back to your Chaturbate account, which you can confirm at https://chaturbate.com/affiliates/stats/. The section you are looking for says "Returned Payout Stats by Date."
In order to receive a reissued payment, please correct your payment information, or choose a new payment method at https://chaturbate.com/affiliates/payoutinfo/.
After you update your payment information, you can request a payout at the bottom of the https://chaturbate.com/affiliates/stats/ page.
It will say "Request Daily Payout." You must enter the Amount Requested and hit submit the request.

Once again, your accounts and requests are being reviewed by support. Please be patient and they will respond with an update as soon as they are done.
