Hey Everyone!

So I'll be starting my online sex work career sometime soon and I've come a crossed an area of concern. I have seen that some people have had issues with their bank accounts being closed down because of their bank finding out about their NSFW content and deciding to close their accounts. I'd like to avoid that all together if I can. I've started an LLC that I'll be filing all of my earnings under which wont be my cam name and filed for an EIN number to start a business bank account with. I currently bank with PNC for my personal account but I am considering a credit union to have more leniency for my business..

Do you guys know of any banks that will not discriminate towards people who use Onlyfans, Fansly, MFC and the like?

Thank you

I can't say they won't do it, but I've been on pretty much every site for 6 years now and never had a problem w Wells Fargo or Capitol One. Other people have said Capitol One is a risky one, but so far no issues here.

Great question.

Not the same thing as a real bank, but both Cosmopayment and Paxum are online SW-friendly. Cosmo has shouted out camgirls on their twitter, and Paxum lists webcam models as a part of the people who use their services on their site.

if you have bad credit, dont go to wells fargo. they won't allow you to have access to your checks two-three business days after they cleared after deposit. other than that, they are good as in you dont have to worry about them closing your account for being a legal sexworker.

my local PNC branch has promised me that my work is legal and would never discriminate. i've been with them since i was 16. but wells fargo pr has stated to the media they will happily accept legal sexworkers probably to shade jpmorgan chase when they were closing porn stars accounts.

credit unions are too good too.

Also would you guys recommend banking at a different bank than your personal account? If you have a business account? I don't know if it matters or not. As far as safety and protecting your identity

Can anyone with a business bank account offer some insight please?

I'm beginning the process of becoming a tax resident in Cyprus where I live. Setting up a business appears to be a straight forward process, I've spoken with a solicitor who doesn't see and issues, given that there are already many SW businesses based in Cyprus.

Banks are a bit of a mystery though. One is a definite no based on their website. Two others have said they can't give me an answer until I go through the onboarding process at which point I'll either get accepted or rejected.
