Hey girls I'm disappointed I found out that shipping used panties is illegal ...I have been interested in this business (I haven't done it yet) and have found out that unfortunately shipping used panties is illegal and can get me arrested up to 5 years in prison if I did it. I asked several lawyers they all said it's illegal because it's considered a biohazard and I get can into legal trouble for shipping them through the mail. Is there a way I could ship them legally though? I'm thinking of calling the post office and asking them if I can ship them legally such as putting a biohazard sticker on it because I don't want to go to jail, prison or pay a hefty fine ($250,000) I was also wondering if I decided to wear the panties to model them in pictures and then WASH them spray some pretty perfume on it would that be ok if I went that route instead? I am such a paranoid lol I honestly don't want to get into Legal trouble thanks so much

UPS and FedEx will ship biohazardous material in certain packaging, but I'm unsure about USPS. If you Google "biohazard shipping" you can find their websites. I looked into this a lot back when I was going to be selling panties.
Then consulted your lawyer if the legalities of selling panties bothers you so much. Or just do not sell them. 
I see TV commercials where you send your stool sample thru the mail. I would think this is more biohazard than panties.

Is it really? I mean, I understand about bodily fluids, but I'd think the amount on used panties would be such an inconsequential amount...I'd have classified them under the same category as used clothing (which is perfectly fine to ship, as far as I know)
Yeah :/ unfortunately it's illegal I asked a few lawyers and you can't send used panties because it's against the federal statue. You can get 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. It sucks I know, I'm just doing clean panties. I may sell dirty panties in person I'm not sure yet but yeah it's really silly that it's against the law. It's not considered a biohazzard unless it has pathogens of a infected person. It's not The package deliverer that's the problem it's the Feds that will have you arrested for it and charged I know it sucks

I called UPS etc they said it's not a biohazzard unless it contains pathogens of an infected person and they said there is no regulations for used panties.they said it doesn't need to be marked as biohazzard if it doesn't contain pathogens. The lawyers I spoke to said it's against the federal statue of 18 US code 1461 and is punisble to 5 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine It's really bizarre I know. I'm just going to sell clean panties.
I think it's redoculous over underwear but unfortunately that's the law and I peronsqlly don't want to get thrown in prison. There's nothing wrong with selling them you just can't send them in the mail and that includes FedEx and UPS (lawyers told me)

In order to be charged with that it has to be what would be considered to be obscene by todays standards. That law is almost never invoked and the last time it was, it involved a woman sending underwere that contained her feces.

Its an outdated law that simply isnt enforced anymore due to society's change in attitudes towards sex.
In 2017, getting an entire jury to agree to convict a someone under that law for shipping unsoiled pantys would be impossible.
That's exactly what I think too I agree with you but I'm just repeating what lawyers have told me. In today's court systems I wouldn't even take that chance you never know what they could charge you with.

This is outdated as hell. Ask the lawyers if they can bring up any real cases where this has been applied in the last 20 years.
EDIT: The girl you named got only probation, and the attorney pressing charges said he himself had never heard of this rule being applied before. Plus the investigation got started because she was accused of child pornography, not because of the panties themselves.

Last time it was applied was in 2002. But that involved underwear containing human feces.
Seems to me that if you alert so many people over this, you have a MUCH larger chance of being caught even tho for the majority of girls its no big deal. Some years back I was on the 'panty trophy' game circuit and it was never even an issue. They would come usually worn from a show, dried, put in a ziplock and inside a small bubble envelope with a note. I received many from Romania as well as a handful stateside. Nobody cared. On the intl. ones the declaration said 'cloth sample' and value of 0. IMHO, you're worrying yourself much like a puppy chasing its tail.

She was found out when a disgruntled customer (asshole) sent her a envelope that says child pornography and it didn't actually have child porn in it it was just him pissed off and then the Feds investigated they took down her website etc
