to conceal indentity people usually cover eyes not mouth and nose i think.

Beside the obvious (other models in the same room), it's 2020 and face masks are everywhere. It would not surprise me if they have become fashion items.
Some japanese models on StripChat wear face masks all the time, but face masks and Japan is a thing on its own.
