If you use Chrome as browser and your equipment speks are not the highest, then you'll bump into difficulties to stream. Normally we recommend models to have a minimum requirement type of device such as: I5 processor 8000, 8GB of RAM, 1GB free hardware storage space.
If your equipment is below the above, try to upgrade it or try using Firefox as browser.
