Hi all.

I have some questions regarding the cam site Streamate, asking for a model.

- If a model starts their account over (deletes and re-registers), do they get the new performer exposure from first opening an SM account?
- Is there any way of checking your SM balance without having to manually add it up and work out when you last got paid?

- I know of a few studio models who have deleted their accounts and re-registered in order to benefit from the New Model status.
This has helped them for a few weeks and then back to normal shortly afterwards in terms of traffic & income.

- SM balance? You’ll have to contact support directly on this or add it up manually. Definitely a feature they could add in the future.
