Streamate Support doesn't respond to my emails...help!

Hi,

I deleted my Streamate account back in March. Now I want it reactivated again (not to cam, but so I can get videos deleted using another site.) I've tried messaging the general support a couple times and they don't answer (which I'm not surprised about). There was a girl I once messaged from the support team who answered and was kind to me, but I can't remember her name to contact her directly.

Please, can someone help me? I need to get in touch with someone who will answer me.
