strip chat help

i need someone from strip chat please to help me...
my password is still the generic password and idk what it is.... so therefore i cannot change it and when i message support all they send me is the change password and it send me the thing where i have to have the old password well that doesnt help when i dont know the generic password..
if i get logged out on my computer im screwed... can someone from strip chat please help me... support is not helping me at all..

no i do it on my cell even where im not logged in at and it still asked for the first password which i have no idea what it is cuz its the password that strip chat gave me and i dont know what that is.... so there fore i cannot even change it

Logout of your account, go to ‘Forgot Password’ under the login panel.

Enter your username/email address that you signed up with. This will send a password reset to the email address you signed up with.

It doesn’t require you to enter your old password.

yes it does it send me the link to my email that already takes me to my already logged in account and makes me put in the old password and new passwords

when my page isnt logged in at all on my phone it logs in its self when i click the link in the email they send me.... then i have to have the old password which i dont know
