Support doesn t answer on email

Hi again, first of all, I am sorry if this is considered spam but I made another thread on this forum some days ago. My account got banned on 29/06 and I didn t even stream from 27/06. Support doesn t answer to my mails and I don t know what to do, is there any chance support doesn t get my mails if I get registration number ?

My problem got solved, it was just a missunderstanding, if someone reads this post and has the same problem just wait for the response and try to send more then one email because sometimes they don t get it.

Hello, I have also this problem. The only difference is that I know why my account was banned. Streaming in a field. (nobody else was there) But anyway. I didn´t have any idea it is kind of violation. Now I know but I cannot do anything to go online again. Still banned. 2days now. No aswer to my 3 emails. :-((( I am desperated. NicoleLinharts (my nickname)
