support had banned me a few weeks ago and told me my ban would be lifted 9/13 when my 2 week suspension was up. its 9/14. i wrote them 2x(1 new ticket, 1 reply to old email)
no response. got email that they recieved my new ticket and would be in touch soon yesterday. no reply on old email thread.is there anyone that works for cb support that can help?
