I have been temporary banned becouse someone else show up on cam wich is not possibile. Email support not helpfull. Can anyone tell me how long is that temporaly ban is. Thank you.

Chaturbate saying that someone else show up on my cam and thats why i m temporarily ban. Its not possibile someone else show on cam must be some misstake, email support is not helpful no answering on questions to resolve the problem or sending me proof of that someone else. I cant even make new acount my afe verification dont go through same as on my old acount. Please help
