You have to give it more than 1 hour.

I don't know why people think step 1 is email CB support then step 2 is to immediately come here to post about it.

Give support some time to get back to you, and that's more than 1 hour. Probably a day or few, honestly.

I have received a mail from the chaturbate support that there is one more account which i have got before got banned due to which this this new account is temporarily on hold for tipping.

I have sent one more mail yesterday for recovering that old account also .
