Unable to send tokens and messages

Hello,
since 3 days i'm unable to send tokens, i have some in my account if i try tip some i get a message "unable to send tokens".

When i send a message in dm, pm or normal chat i doesnt get send i see it but when i refresh the site it is gone.

I contacted support but havent got any reply yet. @punkerbarbie could you help me?
