I just got a tax form from a site where I only made $320. I thought you were only required to report income above $600 for any cam site you worked on? I am in the USA. Is my information correct?

You're required to report ALL income. Even if you don't receive a 1099. And while it's not necessary for a site to provide you with a form or to report to the IRS for anything under $600, there's no reason they can't or shouldn't.
