Verification process takes too long

@punker barbie Hi,i would like to know is there a problem with my documents,because i tried to complete verification process on two accounts,but it seems like theres a problem with my documents because they are just hanging there on pending status,and they arent being denied or smth like that

usually takes few minutes,
did accounts for 18 models (some of them multiple girls in account)
and took max 5 min to get approved
