The games on CB are approved by the game company. Switch (Nintendo) would not allow their content on an adult cam site. I'm not sure if it's allowed Twitch.
The one played the most, 3DXChat -- you and everyone playing has to subscribe to a monthly service in order to play live together. It's like Second Life without all of the bells and whistles.omg okay! i had no idea, obviously lolthank you so much for the reply!
