Virtual Lap Dancing

Hey community,

I saw this on a model's menu, after I've already been thinking of doing it myself. I recently decided I want my shows to be like a virtual strip club, and lap dancing is pretty basic. There's a lot of video on how to give an in person lap dance, but how are the webcam lap dances working out? Is it as fun as in person? I don't even know how to do an in-person lap dance, but I would assume it's easier because there's no other person in the way. Just stay good with the camera view, right?

I don't think I've seen it before so I say go for it. Anything that makes you stand out is worth trying.

You could even combine it with a tip jar bot so that after a certain amount of minutes users have to keep tipping or you stop... like a virtual strip club.

I don't think I've ever seen a tip jar bot before. I searched "tip jar" and "timer" and I don't think I found what you're talking about. Do you have the name of the bot?

It didn't take me long to get use to dead chats and non-tipping demanding freeloaders. I've set my boundaries on when I'm done when people don't tip. I had to do it yesterday. But, it would be convenient for a bot or app to tell the Johns if they don't tip they don't get a show instead of me having to stop dancing to do it myself after a period of time of no tips. I have a rotating notifier to encourage Johns to tip, and sometimes it works (it's like they forget this is a job). So, a "no tips, no show" timer bot/ app would be great!​

This is actually an awesome idea! I love seeing people try out new, interesting, tip items! Go for it, start a little low, since you've never tried it before, and gradually increase as you see the demand for it!

I'll admit, this is a great idea! My first thought was to put the camera at the top of the back of the char, so it's very much like a POV. Then, dance as if you're doing it to someone. You could try it out as a single tip item, like you might do for a regular dance if you have that already. But priced accordingly

As to lap dances being all about touching, yes and no. I've had it where dancers will really go all in on the touching, and it actually being more of a turn-off to me. On the flip side, I've have dancers do lap dances where they get close but either very lightly touch, or not at all and they're erotic as all get out. For me it's more about mental imagery and sheer seduction than it is ranch. One of my favourite models is extremely seductive with her moves and it doesn't have the POV of a lap dance. I can only imagine what it'd be if she were to do it.

Admittedly, some people are more into touch and hardcore than I am. But for me, it's more about the mental aspect of the seduction. "Make love to the mind, and the body shall follow" is how I view seduction

Do you have a chair with arms? You might be able to use them to help maneuver and dance also.

Especially during covid, where the risks of getting an in-person lap dance are a bit higher than usual It will give the members who are new to cam sites, ideas for what to ask for, to get over the initial awkwardness. I've noticed that a lot of the guys new to cam sites, don't know what to ask for, or how it works. Great ice breaker/ way to make them feel more comfortable and/or relaxed in a new electronic setting.

I'd use it on a tripod behind the chair at POV height looking slightly down. If you put it on the chair any type of bumping can jolt the cam or make it shaky/out of focus. The angle would look great viewing cleavage and ass.

For all the fucked up people I've met on the internet, I wouldn't want to take song requests for dancing for strangers because someone might trick me into hearing something racist/ misogynistic/ etc. In normal times, that would just piss me off but in postcovid19 and GF world, I'm not having it.​

Very good point, especially on a token site. I'm on a private based site, so in some ways it's different, but in some ways similar. There are still plenty of rich racists and misogynists too. I don't know how new you are, but I found that when I was new, I had a bunch more of those types test me.

In my experience the model usually has their own playlist and they find some way of sharing that with users who want to chagne the song.

I've been doing this since July 31st, so I'm still new, but I'm been tested. And, I've been on the internet even longer. I'm use to racist/ women hating stuff (because you can't slap people across the internet), in general.

I don't do privates. I would start off low and work my way up the better I get at it! Right now, I do requests for any tip amount, but lap dances would be special. I know a lap dance would require prepping.
