Hello, I'm Lindsey720666 on Chaturbate and got an email the other day stating that my payment was being held because Chaturbate didn't have a W-9 on file and to fill one out and send it back VIA email. I did so, but I haven't gotten any response and I don't know if my payment is still being held. Payments go out on the 15th and I'm afraid that I won't receive my payment on time because of this. I've sent an e-mail to support to see if the problem has been resolved, but no response.

I'm from Australia and I'm not sure if if need to fill in a W-8 form (to get payments to my Paxum account) so I haven't been able to get paid yet. Contacted CB support a week ago with no response. I emailed Shirley yesterday so hopefully she can help get a response.
