Hello, hopefully you have an idea of how to help me.

The link to my chaturbate broadcast is the following https://chaturbate.com/marcsx

I found online many sites where records of my broadcast have been published. Many have their own DMCA takedown forms and procedures, but other sites like rec-tube and [site name banned*13] don’t have any method directly from their site to take down videos, though they still appear on google image when you do a research. Is there any possible way to remove all of this content from google search?

It's against the forum rules to mention cam recording sites by name in public forums. Because it promotes recording site.

Don't do DCMA with your name, your email, your address. Check out this post from @AmberCutie on Sending DCMA requests. While many sites don't respond to DCMA requests; many major search engines will.

Just keep in mind the people who operate those kind of websites can create a new domain and or URL very easily. So even if you DCMA all the URLs. They can quickly and easily create many more.

Spending time doing DCMA takes away from the time you could be making money. If you upload your cam recordings to pornhub. No one is going to play one of these shitty sites for your recordings. Removing their source of income is the best way to fight these kind of websites.

I think there might be more info for DCMA in the model section, so you might want to consider getting verified for the forum.

Any merit to paying/finding someone to do this for you? Like a trusted real life friend or parent for example, or is it more or less a wasted effort? It's bugged me ever since I realized this shady recording occurs so frequently. In my real life career, this kind of thing happens from time to time resulting in a helpless situation. It's sucky and I can relate somewhat.

The simple answer to all of the above is yes, you can remove them from a google search. You can find the Google DMCA tool by googling it. But just know that no matter how many videos you remove, more will pop up in its place eventually.

I've been doing DMCA takedowns for people for about 5 years now and most sites require just an email or to fill out a form with the information about the video that needs to be removed and where the video was taken from. The problem that most people seem to either not understand or not know about is that DMCA law is only technically applying to servers and content that is stored within the confines of the US. That means that if a site, like the 2 that were specifically mentioned above, are not hosted within the US (both of those are outside the US the last I checked) you can submit takedown forms until you are blue in the face and they'll just laugh at you for trying.

As someone who has been doing takedowns for so long, I feel like spending money to pay someone or a service to do the takedowns for you is a blatant waste of money since sending an email or filling out a form is so easy. Now on the flip side of that, searching around for the videos that have been stolen and collecting links for you to send takedown notices in for is arguably the most time consuming and hardest part of the entire process. This would be something i would realistically think someone would want to pay someone to do.

The servers are located in Europa, the Netherlands to be precise. I could even tell you the exact address. There is a notice and takedown procedure for Netherlands too totally similar to dmca. It's a matter of financial firepower in the end. No single girl has it, the pirated camsites would have it, but so far they haven't done anything. That's the sad reality.

Searching for videos is simple if you know how to use Google search operators. Suppose you're a cam model with 4 different usernames on various sites. All you have to do is a simple google video search in the form of:
Code:
allintitle:(username1 | username2 | username3 | username4)

If a cam model only uses one username, it's a simple as:
Code:
allintitle:username

In theory that would work, but unfortunately, that doesn't work in reality. If, for example, was was searching for my own username, and I did that it would miss any videos named sh@pm@n88 which seems to be a fun thing for these jackasses to do nowadays.

But that being said, what you've recommended is a fantastic tool to find a large majority of stolen conent.

I think that a lot of non US based tube sites also have a clear DMCA take down policy.
A lot of them do, and will comply with a takedown notice, but certain repository sites will just flat out refuse to do anything. theyre the minority, but they cause the most damage because even if we take literally everything else down aside from that one site, if someone downloads it, they can start the cycle all over again.

Unless the camsites themselves do something about it, nothing will change. Why do movie and music industry have more and more success in fighting piracy? Because they gathered their interests in associations like mpaa etc. No single actor or studio would be able to effectively do anything just like no lone broadcaster can do anything. We don't have the legal resources and the financial abilities for even a single lawsuit, the pirates and the few server hosts (they are not more than a handful really) know it as well as we do and ignore requests.

Actually Netherlands comply with EU laws.
The Russian pages however are a much bigger problem.
That's where most is.
Holland ( Netherland ) has good legal regulations, is liberal, but comply to the laws set by EU in Brussels.

I said it on Twitter and I will say it here.
Cam models need ( should ) form a union!
1 North American Union
1 EU union
1 Asian union
South American
Australian

Only than you can get pages down, get paied for your content, get better work conditions. And even get better pay.

Industry did this, doctors, and many others.
So I just really wonder why the adult industry don't form unions??

It's really unbelievable.

But all cam models should understand the benefits of a strong union, and just do it.

A union can put pressure on cam sites to do changes models want.
Pressure cam sites to better pay.
Better work conditions.
Find lawyers that actually know the law regarding content ownership, pay and more, and that want to work / represent sex workers.
Can have a blog, for info and help.
Much good can be done.

I mean now cam sites make shit loads of every model.
1. They sell tokens to tippers = make money
2. Take a cut from the models pay = make money.
3. Sell streaming = make money.

This could round up to double or triple of what the models actually get.

So cam models are willingly giving away loads of money to their cam site every month.
Cam models can do something about it but not alone.

Like streaming as the thread is about.
Would it be ok to be streamed to a few pages that you know?
Or nothing?
Or full streaming?

Should models get info from cam sites what pages get access to your live broadcast?

Is there other things regarding streaming?
Do the cam sites rules comply with EU laws and SESTA/ FOSTA law in USA ?

Cam models need union to get on top of this, only together your strong.

Is ok to get 6000$ a month, when you could have gotten 12 -18.000$ per month?
Is it ok that your cam page sell your content?

Did the cam page inform you clearly about this when you signed up?

You see, it's much. And it's important.

Holland ( Netherland ) has good legal regulations, is liberal, but comply to the laws set by EU in Brussels.

The webmasters and the owners of the servers are Eastern Europeans, correct. The server host(s) are owned by Russians but still they are physically located in the Netherlands. Why? Because you need good networks and upload speeds when you want to have videos on your website, EU has that plus EU has a complex legal system, which is helpful when you want to make the legal process a long one (and therefore as expensive as possible).

And while it's true that there is a notice and takedown procedure like dmca in EU, these server hosts still do not react. You can send abuse notice over abuse notice and they will ignore you. If you get a reaction they'll say they are a company registered in Seychelles, Ukraine, Belize or wherever and that the law of these countries apply. It's wrong, if the actual servers are in EU, EU law applies but they will just say it. Why? Because they know that no single broadcaster has the money to go through the full legal process then. I'd guess 95% of all cam piracy is run from just three servers hosts, quasinetworks (ecatel group), Serverius and NForce and all have their servers in Netherlands.

If the two most pirated sites, cb and mfc would join up and go to a court, I'm 100% sure they could get these sites taken down. The webmasters would not even appear on court to defend themselves and of the server hosts only the ecatel group is known to actually really defend themselves at court (they always lose though but it makes everything more expensive, which is the strategy).

Yes servers are in Holland. If all are there I'm not sure.
However the creators of the web pages and the owners are often East European.

Now there is a new law coming in EU soon. That will make it much harder for these pages.
In fact it was too hard so they sent it for some changes and a new hearing.
But it seems it will go thru after some changes.
Than a lot will change.
Exactly how is hard to say.

But with USA already having SESTA/ FOSTA, and EU get new law it definitely will change.

The EU law basically is formed to protect artists , models, photographer's, musicians.
To protect the content of the content owner.
In other words: EU want people to pay for use content of an EU citizen.

Cm models will go under this as well.

Much better rights.

I agree it take time and cost much money go after these pages alone.

Hence why I suggest cam models form a union to stay strong together.
Many can get discounted price with law firms too. But not alone.

I wouldn't be so optimistic yet. These companies will still just say that they are not companies from EU but from Seychelles etc. and argue that EU laws do not apply to them. Also these guys KNOW they are breaking laws. A new law will not make them play by the rules, just because it's there. Why should they? Situation is not different, it still takes money, time and dedication to go through the legal process and they can still make this process as long and expensive as possible. EU can make one thousand new laws, criminals will still not bother, it's their business to be criminal.

It wouldn't need a union, the websites could do this but so far they do not and I do not see this changing.

Apparently there is an European sex workers union.
http://www.sexworkeurope.org

So European girls in here and Asian can check out the link if they think it's a good idea.

I don't know about USA/ Canada and South America, but I wouldent be surprised if it already exist there too.

Anyways, EU girls can get help.

I stand be corrected, yet as I perceive the situation those content thieves illegally recording streams are apparently hiding behind unregistered users - eg. anonymous user @CB and guest @mfc.

As such one of many ways to prevent (or at least complicate) the stealing of perfomers content could be to only allow registered users acces to a camgirlsite and a models room/video stream. With such procedure in use, any registered user just 'parking' in a models room could then be easily identified and handled (banned) by the model or a bot.

And for sure the camgirlsites could do even more to complicate or even end the theft of perfomers property by implementing other techniques like eg. time limit viewing access for unregistered/anonymous users (as some camgirlsites do, eg. xcams, cam4), blocking suspicous server IPs completely, injecting stream interupts, etc.

In my opinion camgirlsites like eg. CB & MFC could start instantly by blocking their 'Anonymous' and 'Guest' users - if they really wanted to. And they should act anytime soon on this matter in my view. Because the massive content theft is not only affecting the models by means of a severe intrusion of their privacy and possible reduction of income. In the long run these boundless and extensive illegal stream recordings by 'outlaw' content thieves are negatively affecting the camgirlsites core business model too .

Is there any possible way to remove all of this content from google search?

Hi there, I see the thread was a bit digressed from your original question, so I'll try and fill in the gap.
the answer to your question is YES. there is a way to remove it from google search and it is fairly simple to do and proven very effective too.
go to this link:
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/legal-removal-request?hl=en&pid=0&complaint_type=1
(otherwise known as google Copyright Removal form)

its a form.
just fill in your 1st name, last name (use a fake name IMO)
your email
country
a short description: I use this one and it always works out
Code:
this is original work by me and I hold the copyright of the content. reported web page has recorded my work without my consent and posted my work that includes video, thumbnail, and information. Kindly take appropriate action.
on your original work box, link your CB account
on the list of URLs copy and past all the search results you got from google that link to your recordings.

after you submit the forum, you can follow up on the progress of it being handled and you can see if they approved or rejected some or all links you provided (they provide a reason if they reject).
I hardly remember ever they rejecting a link i submitted, but it could happen.
once it is approved, (in my experience it take about 1-2 day to approve all links), it will be Appx 24 hours before you actually see it's being removed from the search results.
hope this helps...
