What country are you from, what countries are your customers from?

I use Jerkmate and I'm fascinated by the range of countries represented, even though it's not a true cross-section of the entire world and some countries are more represented than others. A couple of times I have been lucky enough to hear a model talk about the cross-cultural aspects of her work, as she gets many customers from central and south Asia. To anyone who wants to answer - what country are you working in, and where are most of your customers from? Do you have any observations on how customers in different countries approach the experience of being with a cam model, given of course that every person is different?

Most models aren't particularly keen on sharing details around the country they live in. It only takes one or two to find some piece of information out and start a possible dark path towards stalkerish behaviour.

One model I know is more careful about revealing their country for privacy. Some people do know due to services they offer or through other means, but it has also meant that someone who knows this information has used that it a hurtful and troll-like way.

Your intentions might be pure, but I don't really think this is a question many would be prepared to answer sorry.

I don't mind saying that I'm from the US. A lot of my members are also from the US, especially when I'm online in the evenings. I recently started camming more in the morning and have members from Australia, South Africa, Netherlands, UK, and a bunch of other places. I don't notice any differences between members from different countries. They all treat me pretty much the same.

France, which is a problem as not everybody understand my english -_-
I did start on a french webcam site which was very bad experience as basically half of users were asking the city I'm from, trying to get a real date and such. I feel like sites oriented around one language have a quite toxic atmosphere.
Now I'm usually telling that i'm from Quebec to french users and France to users from Quebec.
Still most of my users are from US as I stream during night in Europe.
I'm always shocked by the number of users from Netherlands on any site. I mean it isn't a huge country but they're everywhere...

I don't notice any significant differences other than my Canadian followers being more annoying because they think there is a chance we could meet up...

I'm definitely not from Russia, my schedule is totally broken now (which is bad for earnings). I would say I have 35% of Russian members, 35 of European, and the remaining from the rest of the world (mostly australia, north america, some indians and israeli too)
I'm surprised that there is so few users from north and east Asia. I think that I had only one regular from China on CB and I saw several times a Japanese guy on Flirt. That's a pity because I speak Korean, but I never saw any Korean member on any site. I wonder where do they go, I though about trying Sakura Live, but it seems more Japan oriented.

I wouldn't say that there is a huge difference between users in different part of the world. However I work with an operator, so my experience may be modified by that.

I've noticed that some kinks and fetishes are very region specific.
-I got regularly raceplay RP (interracial bdsm) with users from US. I started to refuse them as the borderline racist side is a bit too much for me. Funny enough all are claiming to be black, but never accept any C2C.
-I had a surge of homewrecker/humiliate my wife/gf RP from Europe. I wonder if it's a lockdown secondary effect.
-The whole daddy thing also seems to be mostly European (and American to a lesser extent) never get any outside this regions
-I have the feeling that the % of bdsm lovers is higher among my Russian members, through that may be because of my voice possibilities with them.

On the bad side, my most disagreeable experiences were with members from Turkey. i have nothing about turkish people overall, but on camsites they are over represented by the most insistent beggars i ever saw. I ended by blocking Turkey on most on my sites. Through I'm regretting it a bit - Seing a guy going from "I'm a very rich men, get naked and if I like you I'll come to spouse you and you'll live as a queen for all your life" to "It's my birthday I am alone and crying, I have even no money for buying a cake, pliiiiz show me tits for free" in 5 minutes was sometimes priceless.

US. Mostly other US, Canada, UK, and tons of Australians. Once in a while a French or Italian guy. I am on nights, and keep odd hours tho.

USA! and I started listing out the countries, and im assuming everywhere, even a few of those countries where pornography is against the law. those dudes i worry about when i find out, but they assure me they are being safe.

i usually find out by their currency exchange that can give me an idea of region, and an old payment option for offsite i would use that would tell me country of origin.
