Don't confuse the two!!
Just because models sell their WhatsApp, Skype or Snapchat it doesn't mean they do shows. A lot (most) do it because they know it's a demand, guys want these so they set them up and sell them, and then they simply communicate with the users on them.

Okaaay, glad you clarified. Rarely seen anyone offer their whatsapp for less than 600-700 tokens, sometimes a LOT more (and rightly so).

Site also prohibit -Making any arrangements for personal meetings or shows outside the site, Whatsapp,Skype or Snapchat are a platform for both personal meeting and show. So they arranging those apps at the site, How it is legal ?

Providing a WhatsApp number doesn't mean the model is arranging meet-ups or offline shows. WhatsApp could be used to send out group messages to followers, for example.

As stated above, or .... you know, quite simply you can TALK to models, and you can share photos, videos, and voice messages (don't have to be sexual). I speak with a few models on WhatsApp or Skype and it's not sexual, we talk about normal things, laugh and joke, show each other little things from our life/city etc

Communicating outside the platform is not encouraged, but it is also not prohibited.
You should read the Stripchat Rules for Models to better understand what is prohibited, it includes the following:
- Discussing or arranging prostitution or escort services.
- Making any arrangements for personal meetings or shows outside the site.
- Requesting users to share their personal information

This is already answered: NO.
You can buy or be given someone's WhatsApp but NOT for the purpose of offsite shows or payments.
This can get you and the model banned
