ok so Ill start out with a little about us. we are new here and to the industry. We are a group of 7 Venezuelan Models. We started out working on CB about 2 months ago and found amazing success. We had a night where there were 10,000 people in the room. We have made upwards of 10,000 tokens in one show selling over 150 crazy tickets. Everytime we go online we get into the top 3 rooms on the whole site. We love CB and only want to work there.
I also wanna mention that CB has been great in the past with us. One time there was a glitch in their system that resulted in the earnings from the last day of the month being pushed into the next months earnings. It was quickly rectified and with a 20% bonus on that days earning for the inconvenience. CB to me is the best site out there and when they gave us that 20% I was so grateful and happy with their customer service.
Now... on friday night I was trying to add 2 new IDs for two new models that want to join our team (we are constantly growing now.) when I went back to check if the IDs had been verified I saw that we had been banned. Reason was that they had reason to believe we have violated terms of service. I have no idea what term of service we violated and of course I wrote in to support. I asked what we had done exactly to deserve a ban. All I received was the stock message they send to everyone that say we have been banned and they will pay us our tokens on the next payout. There was no reason given or anything. I wrote again and received no response. I wrote a 3rd time and was told that the email was forwarded to a department that can handle it and I would receive a response shortly. The response never came.
I really don't understand this. We have been doing great and don't break any rules. Why would CB want to ban us? We make ourselves and of course CB money. we provide really good content and the guys on CB love our show. If we did something wrong we will change it and never do it again but the problem is we don't know what we did. It seems so unfair.
