Why my viewer told me there's no 1440p option at their end when I'm literally streaming at 1440p?

I used to also stream at 60fps but on the viewer's screen there's no option like 1080p 60 like what I see on other models screen. And now I'm streaming at 1440p there's still nothing but 1080/720/540 ect.

What can I do?

Depends on your obs settings I think. What camera are you using? What is your output?

I'm using Xsplit. I'm using a 2k webcam. 7000kpbs
Unfortunately I’m not too familiar with that software. However, I had a similar issue on OBS and I lowered my output from 7000 to 5000.

Are you on a laptop using wifi? That could
Be your problem too. Ethernet works best for me. Does your laptop have a port for that? If not, you can try a usb to Ethernet cord.

There is no positional difference for broadcasting on CB 1440p even if prioritize HD is checked. It would be extremely unusual for a viewer to prefer 1440p 30fps over 1080p 60fps. To answer your question as long as you see the status correctly and theres no warning message then its likely the cb servers. I would recommend you go back to 1080p 60fps and assuming you have all the settings correctly contact cb support if none of the viewers are getting the 60fps option. I dont know if these situations are just resolving themselves or what but cb support doesn't respond when i submit these issues they appear to just silently fix them.
