Have you played the recent huge addon to the game? Tried it on Insane with Iron Man on recently. I must say it's even harder than the Long War mod, if you played it. Especially if you play on the highest difficulty with Iron Man on. I think I replayed the first mission around twenty times now - I don't want to lose a soldier on it, or have anyone be critically wounded, as they are going to be critical in the missions to follow.
