I have a question, why would you post the custodian of records address for each video publicly visible under each video? If you’re aiming to get more independent sellers, that is not how to do it.

I already had this discussion go round with support awhile back about this issue after my private home address was posted and was told it’s because “they have to operate legally”. Clips4sale and Iwantclips also have my records address but neither have posted that information publicly and easily accessible for those with ill intent. I REALLY liked your premium set up compared to any other site I’m on, but this just isn’t cool at all.

OK, I just checked my videos and they all have an address listed in Cyprus which I assume is the head office of xhamsterpremium.

So you had your home address actually posted by them? This makes me wary of working with them now.

No I'm not joking at all, it was definitely my personal home address (because I'm the custodian of records) and have a thread posted in the models only section about the whole ordeal.

So I went browsing a random selection of unrelated stores on the premium store front and it looks like this has been changed. It really sucks that support was so adamant at the time about never changing this because I LOVE the setup and how seller friendly it seems. If this indeed the case and records are now posted under a private xhamster address and not the sellers record's address, I'd love to give it another go. This setup was really easy to use and streamline.*fingers crossed*

Studios may have ONE model unless you're a business
Non-business studios may NOT have more than 3 models
Studios and videos with unapproved models will be rejected, send your documents in first! -quoted from when I signed up and was messaging back and forth with support during the launch shortly after the beta. I still have all the emails and would be happy to share here if anyone has any other questions.

I must note, support was NEVER rude to me like other websites in the past, and answered all of my many many questions. There was LOTS of back and forth at the time because I'm an independent seller that is technically not a business but has worked with quite a few other models. While it was certainly a lengthy process, support was very helpful and polite through all of it. My only gripe was that I wasn't notified at the time that my address would be posted publicly with each video. Everything else was fantastic and as soon as it's confirmed that custodian of records information isn't posted publicly anymore, I'm absolutely giving this a second shot.

I did message support as soon as I realized what was going on and asked if there was any way around it. At the time they said "no, not ever we operate legally", but I countered that response by pointing out that Clips4sale and iWantClips also operate legally but neither website posts information like that publically at all. Even Niteflirt has a selection so you can send in your records keeping info but keep it private, so if questioned they have the info on hand and will share THEIR address but not yours, though they also have an option to make it public if you so choose that option. Which is fine, just notify sellers first so they can make the decision to have that address public or opt to use the website's address.

Percentage of earnings?

Here is the General info about the Payment system.
1. All purchases are made with Tokens - 1 Token = $0,05
You get 100% earnings from the sales. Meaning, that if you set a price of 250 Tokens you will get $12.5
2. You can set any price for videos as long as it is reasonable
3. xHamsterPremium payments are made via Wire and Paxum
4.The minimum payment forwireis$500. Meaning you can only get paid via wire if you exceed the amount of $500
The minimum payment for Paxum - $50. Meaning you can only get paid via Paxum if you exceed the amount of $50
5. Payments are made twice monthly - after 15th and after last day of each calendar month
There is an often question about how do we get profit from that scheme.
Explanation:
Tokens price for User - 1 Token = $0,07 - $0,1

Let me clarify the situation.
Individual studio type. We can accept around 3 Models and be the record keeper for them. But as usual, if the studio makes Videos with 5-10-100 different performers, that is official production studio that in most cases has a Registered Company and should apply for Business account type.

Of cause, since we are the Recordkeeper for Individuals we need Documents for all Performers that appear in the Video.

If you were registered as an Individual, of cause, our Cyprus address will be the address of Custodian of records.

Nice question. Let me explain.

We have 2 account types

1. Individual

That one is used for ProAm, Solo and Amateur Models basically. We are asking for ID, Selfie with ID and Filled In Form. As we are the record keepers. We (xHamster Premium) will provide 2257
Of cause, we cannot keep Documents for more than 3-5 persons
Please mention that your Personal Data (home address) will never be shown on our site!

2. Business

If you have a Company or you are a sole trader. You will need just provide 2257 (address of Custodian of records) it will be shown n our site, Directors ID and fill in the form with Company details.

I have no clue which support message to believe, the above stated “we will never show your home address” versus the attachment from the email I just received. Posting here so everyone has fair access to this knowledge and can decide for themselves. This is a HUGE security fact to know when signing up. Support should be more transparent about this.

Support is now messaging me insisting that I'm confused about which type of studio I have.....


I am an individual who films with lots of other models quite regularly, but I am not a business and do not have any sort of legal business though I was signed up as a business due to support's recommendation. I operate on trade and keep all 2257 and consent forms at MY house. If I were a business, my custodian of records address would be MY HOME ADDRESS because that's where 1) ALL records are kept, 2) I work, and 3) this is my legal filming studio where all work takes place. Support insists that businesses will have their custodian of records address shown, therefore that would be MY HOME ADDRESS.

If anyone wants to see the emails, I'm happy to share them privately or publicly, but I'm exhausted of dealing with now very condescending support at this point. Previously support was polite, but after being told this morning to "be calm" and not say what I want on my own social media I'm so done. This was totally uncalled for and borderline rude, and not making it clear to sellers that their HOME ADDRESS will be shown is a gross breach of security and then expecting me to be compliant and happy with any "agreement" is just wrong.

At this point, I am very happy to point out that neither Clips4Sale, iWantClips, MyPornProfile, KinkBomb, Niteflirt, Pornhub, or Xvideos post any addresses except their company addresses. This is not to say they don't operate legally, because they all do, but they keep their performers and sellers safety a huge priority and don't allow slips like this to happen.

Its really not unique, many of us work with multiple models or intend to one day. Usually sites have us upload the models ID and model release form or advise us that we need to have copies of those if we are ever asked for them. The majority of clip makers on this site are not set up as studios, or even referred to as producers on other clip sites. We are generally mostly individual studios, who sometimes do content shares with other models.

No, most definitely not, filming solo is not my usual or norm. I've worked with over 10 models and film fairly regularly with different ladies and my life partner. I post videos every single day so it stands to reason that my solo stuff would be the most recent.

Alright, so where is that communication with support? Your support doesn't seem understand or get it. If you look at every other clipsite, you see a lot of models performing clips together. This a great way to cross promote and get a boost in sales since most of us share customers. They don't post their home addresses because they have more than 3 people on their account.

Whatever attorney is advising you is doing it wrong. And this conversation has made not want to touch your site since there seems to be a disconnect with law and personal safety with support.

So I've already done this and that was when your support emailed me AGAIN to say that wouldn't be the case. This roundabout is ridiculous. So do you show the address or not? Am I a business or not? You need to communicate with whomever is running your email support better because at this point there's two completely different answers. This has pretty much solidified the fact that I will not be selling on your premium site despite how much I liked the set up.

My thoughts exactly. Almost all adult websites I've ever visited have a "2257 form" link posted universally on their website that takes you to either a page that lists the 2257 info or a contact form to request it.

Oh, also, you guys might want to make it easier to report fake/catfish profiles. It took me forever to get someone's fake profile of me taken down that was posting content that was decidedly not me. Which, would've been stolen anyway, because, again, not me.

Let me try to explain my concern.
1. If the site is a Recordkeeper - 2257 is shown in the bottom and it is same for all Videos presented on site. As usual that mechanics work with paysites or VOD sites that collaborate with amateurs and independent performers.
2. xHamster premium works with Independent models - for them, we Do provide 2257
3. We also have big production houses, we make a contract with them and according to it they are presented as the keepers of 2257. And their addresses are shown in the Custodian of records. The same system is used on VOD sites such as AEBN, for example.

So if you do not have a company that has an address where the Custodian of records is kept. You need to choose "Individual" account type and provide documents for all the performers.

2. You are talking now about our main site xhamster.com. Correct? If yes, then I think the process of removing Fake profiles or stolen content is pretty easy there.

Rose was told that she could only add three performers to her account, and had to either make multiple individual performer accounts, or sign up as a production company, which she is not, but she did that so she could upload all of her videos, and then her home address was displayed.

IT WAS SHOWN under every single one of my videos. It was posted publicly for approximately 3 days before I noticed and had it all taken down. I had to manually delete every single video and then remove my address from my account to get it taken down and then also had to message support a few times.

I also still have all the emails from support saying that I had to be a business because I've worked with more than 3 models and continually film with new models as often as I can. I'm happy to post every single email here backing up everything I've said. I'm assuming that whomever is posting here is different than the support that messaged me because there's a lot of contradictions.
