2 "obvious" questions to double check come to my mind:

1) Is she checking the CORRECT email she has on file in her account?

If yes to the above:
2) Has she checked the spam/junk folder?

Are you getting the confirmation email for the ticket? If someone clicked the "this was not me" button on the chaturbate login email that will lock the account and disable password recovery until support gets back to you and you do the additional verification steps.
