Sending Videos to Buyers on MFC

I'm sure some models can chime in & recommend for/against some of these, but there are number of file sharing sites out there. Some call themselves "cloud" sharing or use that buzzword, but the general idea is that it's on a server somewhere that your clients can access via. a link you give them.

Some of these can be setup to require a password, some are secure just because the file can be accessed only by a complex link. There are various hosting fees, size capacities and such, but here are a couple examples I've seen models use:

I use mediafire. It's free, but I upgraded mine to hold a lot of vids.

I like the Amazon Cloud Drive. They give you 5GB for free, but you can upgrade it to 20GB for $10/year, or even higher. You can upload it to your drive and then send whoever you want the link, and they can download it from there.

Edit: With any cloud drive, you should read their ToS to make sure they allow adult content, or you could find the drive deleted as I did with my last one (Windows Skydrive). Amazon doesn't specify in theirs if they do or not, but I've been using it for a couple weeks now and not had any trouble.

I started in august as well, and feel the more I learn, the more I don't know. -.- But this was very helpful. I've been wondering about videos for about a month now... >.< Only now had a moment to look into it, so thank you!

I use Mediafire, but be careful not to have any adult filenames. My video "BoobsAndVibe" was removed, so now I give them all silly names and none of my vids have been deleted since. Other girls have reported the same; just make sure you remember which file is which! I keep an Excel spreadsheet with the names.

I use CamRedeem. It's a site that was created specifically for cam girls, so it's adult-friendly and you don't have to worry about your videos being removed. There's a thread on here about CamRedeem:

I'm not a model, but I'd seen models use dropbox, so I thought I'd throw that in there.

i'd personally recommend dropbox and camredeem. dropbox is simpler, but camredeem is more secure.

Camredeem all the way. Mediafire is crap compared in my opinion. More complicated for members to download, loads of adds, I even had a complaint about it fucking up some dude's computer, and my filenames had no hint of adult content, but mediafire removed them all.

Camredeem also allows you to have bigger files. I have downloaded from there, it's simple as and really quick. I get complements regularly about how easy it is.

The site is currently in it's Beta stage so it's all free. Though I am loving it being free, I will continue to use it once they've finished the site, though there are definitely a few changes I'd like them to do if I'm going to pay to use the site.
