Document verification using AADHAAR ID

I have a studio,
Model used Aadhar ID Proof issued by govt of India to verify.
She got rejected with modified reason though she uploaded original documents.

Please help me with this.
Is AADHAAR I'd proof not accepted for verification?
Why does this issue persist even after we upload a proper original ID proof?
