I don't work for MFC support, so I can only give some guesses as to what may be the problem.

First, don't send it in over and over, one time is enough. Also, it looks like you use a VPN... it's possible that you're from an area that they do not allow models from, and/or the fact you post from a VPN (it can look sketchy).
