whata the pros and cons of buying a wattsapp or telegram from cb model?

If you plan to visit her regularly some other form of offline communication is helpful. To arrange meeting times, share photos, friendly offline chat sometimes. If only wants to broadcast I am online then it is not really needed and you do not want to connect with her more.
You'd be better off asking her how she uses each app, especially if you would want to interact with her rather than just get updates, notifications etc
Pros she let's you know when she's online or going to be online.
Some might post additional photos and chat (but don't expect this and like rod says better ask her what she does)
