What's up with Babes of Omeagle?

I've been looking into other camming sites (at this point I don't really think I need to bother explaining why lol), I came across Babes of Omeagle.

I don't really know what to think. It seems to be one on one only, and it looks like people need to be verified in order to talk to the model. That's about all I can tell though. Is it a camming site, or is it an exhibitionist thing? Are the models even live?
I don't see any kind of model sign up, and I'm really not sure what it's about.
Do any of you guys use this site? Anyone know how it works?

I went to that site and it just seemed to be an ad for Streamate. If you click on the verify button it just takes you there.
