Why wasn't I notified about the rule that you have to disable spy mode when your in FLIRT mode??? I was just banned for seven days by AI!! AI is nothing but trouble!! I never knew that the rule turning off spy mode while in FLIRT mode must be disabled ever existed!! This rule exists that you can be banned for seven days without warning is unreasonable and unfair!! I'm so mad right now because that is a mark against my husband and I! I dont want to lose my ability to cam on SC over a stupid rule that we never knew existed! We were never banned before so we are not used to it!!!

OH!!! I know why the ban happened now. My husband and I had a brief power outage and the camera blacked out while streaming in FLIRT mode because storms were passing through. After we went live we were banned for seven days from using FLIRT mode because SC thought we went away from the cam while spy mode was enabled. This must be a glitch. We did not go away from the cam. This never happened to us before. Stella, is there any way we can lift the ban and have this investigated?

I filed an appeal but it probably wont do any good. They will just deny the appeal like they always have. SC rarely ever approves of an appeal.

No it doesn't happen too often. In fact I have never been banned before. I feel like this is a mark against my husband and I. If we accumulate too many we could be perminantly banned. I should reapeal if they dont lift the ban and explain that is out of charactor for us. We never intentionally breal the rules. That is scary that we could be banned if there are glitches or over something so small.

I just lost the ability to use Flirt mode for seven days and I feel its a harsh punishment just because I failed to turn off spy mode. That was one violation and the other was my live streaming blacked out because we lost our power temporarely when a storm was passing through. I wasn't aware that turning off spy mode when in flirt mode existed. SC said breaking the rule for spymode when in flirt mode is an automatic seven day suspention without waning! That is crazy!! That is also scary. We all forget things on occassion. I'm thinking what if I forget to turn that feature off at some point am I going to get suspended again??? Just because I forgot?? That bothers me. I fear I may perminantly be banned from using the feature and get perminantly banned from SC if it happens too many times. Now I feel like I have to walk on egg shells fearing I might violate another rule that I didn't know existed!

Can you show us what they said because I don't see anything about spy mode being an issue it says here https://support.stripchat.com/hc/en-us/articles/8290754598673-Flirting-Mode-Rules you can do private shows including spying.

Thanks Stella, I have esculated this to SC compliance system because my appeal was rejected. Please send me a pm so we can discuss a resolution.
The reason I am so angry is because this could lead to a potential perminant ban if theses strikes against us accumulate and we are acually innocent. The image we created of ourselves would be destroyed and we could experience a financial hardship.

Sure. The SC team can view all streams, presumably retrospectively.

I mean live video recordings not snapshots or images sent. It is possible that images sent to SC moderation team were misrepresented as nudity. My elbow or finger could be interpreted as a breast or nudity. It is possoble that when I stood up to end the broadcast my finger or elbow was in view and that cropped image could appear as nudity. If the snapshot image is inconclusive it wouldn't be fair to suspend us for seven days. SC moderation has made many other mistakes. Just as the one time when my husband and I were accused of uploading private show videos in the catagory section when there is no way we could based on the design of the platform. The tech team investigated that and determined we were innocent and apologized to us. I'm sorry for the confusion. I mean another model's broadcast overlapped ours. This has happened before. I have seen their viewers comments in my chat window and I have seen them on my broadcast when I was offline when they were acually not on my broadcast. This is a glitch. This can happen if if you visit another model's broadcast while logged in and then go to your own broadcast. This is caused by a lagging network. The network is slow to respond so other models appear to be on your broadcast when they are not and 10 minutes may pass before you acually show up on your own broadcast. Clearing the network catche can resolve the issue.

The text tells the computer what to do and it will listen to the llist of text and perform whatever action it shows. The computer's memory remembers the text and thinks it is supposed to excecute those tasks listed in the text. Really if a request is made for the task that is listed is supposed to make the task excecute faster but sometimes their could be some coding error or glitch that causes it to excute what is listed when its not supposed to and could be caused by a lag in the network or delayed reaction.

It doesnt matter because I plan to never use Flirt mode again. From now on I will make my own home made Flirt mode. I will just disable private shows and goals. That way I wont get accused of nudity because your allowed to be nude on a regular broadcast. Once Karaoke session kis complete I will reopen private shows and change the tip menu presets.

Okay lets try this. Lets think of ourselves as a network full of people. My husband, you and everyone in this forum make up a network full of people. Lets say I couldn't remember wherther or not I plugged my lush in to charge and my husband wrote a list of things to do (Computer cache text). I cant remember if I did or not so I try again to charge the lush just as the computer tries to perorm a list of tasks it shows in the text that was already completed. I already charged the lush but wasn't aware that I already did and didn't know until later. Also lets say you and others made a request list of things for me to do but I was terribly slow filling your requests because I was overwhelmed with too many and I was tired and I started making mistakes just as coding errors and glitches happen on computers. I need my work load to be lifted because I need a break. You and others wothdrawl your request to have me complete to give me a break and start fresh. Its like refreshing the computer so it doesnt make any more mistakes.

Iets say I had something already plugged into the charger (Another model overlapping my broadcast) but I try to plug a different device into the same charger it is going to show the previous device plugged into the charger instead of the different charger.
