    One of my biggest concerns since I started camming is getting sufficient rest. I usually cam for long hours 8 - 10 hours shifts during most of the weekdays and then I get two days off. I manage to sleep more in my days off, but I still feel that I'm pushing too much and I should sleep more. So...
