    Does anyone have good vegetarian/vegan holiday recipes?

    This is my new absolute favorite recipe :) http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/ ... ies-365029 So freakin' good! I added goat cheese and used green onions instead of chives cause it was what I had. Also I cooked the quinoa in vegetable stock for added flavor :)
