    Account not able to cash out or use tokens

    I have been having problems with this for some time now. I can go on cam and do everything except use my tokens. I cant cash them out or even use them it just keeps saying contact support. I have emailed support now for over a month and i still dont really get any help. I have recieved 2 emails...
