    When you say 'recommended for you' are you seeing a recommended section or do you just mean the various out of place models on the first page that are clearly placed via a recommended algorithm?

    Doesnt make sense, surely you are leaving out some critical detail that explains this weird procedure. They are going to leave your old account banned but let you create a new account but you must some how contact them first before even making the username so they can...... ...I can't even...

    a monitor is not a chat moderator (a user given mod privileges), they could fill that role but it's generally a waste of their time.

    Yeah and it's always nice to have Intel quick sync available even if a person wants to use x264 with the various thermal/power throttling situations that can occur in laptops the safest purchase is one with quicksync or perhaps NVENC. I'm not too sure how reliable AMD hardware encoding is these...

    You might want to provide some more details on what you are going to be using the laptop for aside from camming because you can get away with multistreaming with a pretty old intel laptop as long as it supports quicksync. Will you be doing any gaming on this laptop you are looking to purchase?

    You tried to do it with a photo of your ID how exactly, like an obvious photo printed on paper that can't possibly mistaken for an attempt at fraud or you printed it cut it out like a real ID and tried to do it with that? Its not an email issue it's that you are banned from your first attempt...
