    Perhaps it would help to use some basic psychology....when someone says totally out of line...ignore the person. It is being said to get a rise out of you or your "regulars" and when you or someone else responds he wins. Ignore totally. He'll get tired and go away.

    I'm sure you have that tat by now. Hopefully you did something small and tasteful that will not show if you decide on a career in an area that requires working with customers. Tats are fine if in an area you can hide if necessary.
