    The problem here is they ARE authorized charges by you and the transaction logs prove it. You agreed to 6 per minute for 30 minutes which equals 180 tokens and that is how much was taken out of your balance

    Do you have an account under the name of Sexynovah that you have issues with? Or any other previous account? The "person is ineligible to broadcast" message even after ID verification usually means issues with previous accounts on CB
