    Have you had any previous accounts on CB? It looks like they have associated a previously made account( under 18) with you. When they say that, they look at all accounts previously made and not just this 1 particular account. I am not saying that is true about you but it is a possibility

    I could be wrong but this sounds like he went on CB with a different device and not what you were using while you streamed. Even if you were not streaming, you were still breaking the TOS by allowing your "banned" friend to access CB by using your credentials while he was banned. Mistake or not...

    Use that setting to stop them from chatting in the room. That will not stop users/tippers from going to your room and chatting. It will stop other models, even if offline, from being able to chat in the room

    CB usually announces the updates a week or two after they have been implemented just in case they cause problems and need to be removed. I have seen them remove chat/site updates before due to them causing problems with other stuff on the site At least that is what I have seen
