    Hello @dollhousemariaieie. My understanding is that @punker barbie usually is unable to discuss account details with anyone except the account holder. I suggest you ask the account holder to create an account on AmberCutie and write her own post.

    After having read a number of threads and posts, it seems the prevalent issue relates to models being banned and CB not explaining the cause. I think CB would reduce the number of CB Support requests if they always at least explain the reason.
